Instructions for submitting full paper

At the VI international meeting on technological innovation developed at the Universidad Francisco de Paula Santander Ocaña in conjunction with the support of the CIES training center, and research groups of our faculty, which appear in the series of conferences related to mechanics, engineering civil and IOP systems, which is part of the POF Conferences Series. All articles published in the IOP conference series are fully quotable and after their publication, can be downloaded for free. Authors may be interested to know that the IOP conference series now receives more than 2.3 million article downloads. per year, and is summarized and indexed in Scopus, Compendex and Inspec, among others. Appointments are tracked online by using the appointment of the articles IOP Publishing, as well as the follow-up appointments complete facilities provided by Scopus.

Publishing license open access to documents The lecture series IOP operates a publishing license, whereby the authors retain copyright of their documents and no longer need to sign and submit forms copyright assignment. Any author wishing to publish in IOP Conference Series must accept the terms of the license and, when sending a document for publication, it is assumed that all authors of the document accepted in full, the license terms.

Preparing your role

The lecture series uses PDF files IOPs provided by the author for all online and print publications. They are asked authors to prepare their documents with Microsoft Word or LaTeX, according to the guidelines and templates magazine, and then convert these files to PDF. Complete instructions on preparing your document, along with templates can be found on the  website of the series of lectures IOP.
It is important to ensure that when you send your document is in its final form ready for publication and has been thoroughly reviewed. IOPs not copy documents and Proofs will not send before publication. Note that, generally, post-publication changes are not permitted, unless there are exceptional circumstances, therefore, make sure your paper has not been verified

You need to provide

The PDF file of your document: when preparing your article, be sure to follow the  guidelines  of the  author , but at least:
 Use paper European A4 with a margin of at least 25 mm.
 Make sure your paper includes a summary
 Do not add any page numbers, headers or footers to your article

any multimedia file you want to publish online.

 EES encourages authors to submit multimedia files to enhance the online versions of articles published research.

Note 1: 
Publication of short articles (Minutes) will be held in English only. Document size, maximum 7 pages. According to the editorial policies of the EES set for the IOP. All items will be reviewed by a specialized evaluation committee which will be responsible for approving and authorizing the publication of contributions.

Note 2: 
The editorial board of the VI International Meeting on Technological Innovation only considers the publication of contributions that meet the editorial policies covered by scientific journals associated with the event (EES, IOP Publishing). Items that do not meet the editorial policies (style and form) will be automatically rejected before being evaluated. Only English research papers will be received.

Note 3:
The academic, scientific and editorial committee of VI International Meeting on Technological innovation will only allow two presentations (oral or poster form) enrollment, although participants may appear as co - authors in more than two contributions
